Purchasing or enrolling in a membership does not immediately authorize use of the Branch Properties address.
You may begin using the address only after completing the required Branch Properties membership onboarding and USPS/CMRA verification process and receiving written confirmation that your membership has been activated and your PMB assigned.
The first month’s membership fee is nonrefundable, subject to the applicable Membership Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

Is this a PO Box?
No. Members are assigned a unique Private Mailbox (PMB) associated with our professional Wilmington street address. Your approved address must be used in the exact format provided by Branch Properties.
Can I receive business mail at the address?

Do you offer physical office space?
Yes. Wilmington Wellness Office Space provides fully furnished private office and conference room rentals at our Wilmington, Delaware location. Our space is designed for therapists, clinicians, wellness professionals, and other professionals who need a professional setting for client appointments, consultations, telehealth sessions, meetings, trainings, or administrative work. Virtual office members may also receive included office hours based on their selected membership plan.
Do I get physical office space with my membership plan?
The $80 Virtual Business Address membership does not include physical workspace.
The $120 Virtual Business Address & Office Space membership includes 2 private office hours per month.
The $170 PLUS membership includes 4 private office hours and one half a day conference room reservation per month.
Do unused office hours roll over?
No. Included private office and conference room hours expire at the end of each monthly membership period, do not roll over, are nontransferable, and have no cash value. Workspace is subject to advance reservation and availability.
Can I purchase additional office space hours?
Yes. Virtual office members who need more office time than what is included in their monthly membership may reserve additional private office or conference room hours based on availability. Additional reservations can be made through our online booking system at the applicable rental rate.
Is this an office lease?
No. Virtual office memberships provide services and, where applicable, limited reservation-based workspace access. They do not constitute a lease or sublease or provide exclusive possession of any portion of the premises.
Can Branch Properties serve as my Delaware registered agent?
No. Registered-agent services are not included or offered as part of Branch Properties’ virtual office memberships.
Can I use the address immediately after signing up?
No. You must first complete the required membership and USPS/CMRA onboarding process. Branch Properties will notify you when your account is activated and provide the exact approved address and PMB format.
Is the Branch Properties location suitable for healthcare professionals who need a physical location for DEA registration purposes?
Branch Properties is located within an established professional healthcare office suite in Wilmington, Delaware, where in-person mental health services are actively provided. Private clinical office space is available for reservation in addition to our Virtual Office Services. Healthcare professionals who intend to use the address in connection with a DEA registration are responsible for confirming that the location and their use of the space meet the DEA requirements applicable to their individual registration, scope of practice, prescribing activities, and licensure. Branch Properties does not provide legal or regulatory certification of an individual practitioner’s DEA compliance.
